Why a range
Property prices move in cycles driven by forces that feed on each other. A rate cut changes what buyers can borrow, which changes bids, which changes what sellers expect. No single number captures that.
A range is honest about what a model can and cannot know. The band around each path has a fixed width that grows each year: about 8% either side of today’s value, widening to about 22% after ten years, whatever your settings. It shows how uncertain any ten-year path is, not how sensitive this one is to what you set.
